Beachfront and Ocean view level 47 with Parking/ K

Beautiful apartment and amazing location. Positive: Location Negative: The whole floor of the 2nd bathroom was oily like someone smeared it with oily residue cleaner. It was slippery so we had to buy cleaner and clean it ourselves. The handwash in the 2nd bathroom and kitchen was diluted because someone had filled it up with water instead of replacing it when it was empty!!! So it was just pointless using it. We bought our own. These are little things that are disappointing when we are paying 1300 fror 2 nights. The room has a wierd smell but I think that comes from the vents, it is strongest in the main ensuite bathroom. There is no hairdryer in the ensuite bathroom but there is one in the 2nd bathroom. The carpark fobs didn’t work in the beginning. But worked afterwards. I am not sure if it fixed itself or whether it was from my message to the agent because noone answered me about it.
